The firm collects delinquent commercial accounts and enforces commercial judgments. We have found and seized significant assets of judgment debtors attempting to avoid paying their debts. Frankly, we sometimes just enjoy the "thrill of the chase." Although tenacious in pursuing deadbeats, however, the firm is also realistic and informs a client when collection efforts are unlikely to prove fruitful in a particular case. Just because a debtor files for bankruptcy protection does not mean that his or her creditor will never be able to collect. We have much expertise, and have had much success, in persuading Bankruptcy Courts to deny relief to undeserving debtors under the Bankruptcy Code. The
moral of the story: bankruptcy court is not always the end of the
road for creditors seeking to collect.
